Family Creative Studio Sessions

Family Creative Studio is a relaxed, hosted creative session for adults and children to spend time making things together in The Art Room. Tickets are for one adult & one child, but a limited number of additional child spaces are available when booking. We want to keep the space relaxed for you as well as your young artist.

Each week the studio is set up with materials, tools and a starting point to spark ideas. From there, you’re free to do your own thing. Make together, work side by side, follow your curiosity or head off in completely different directions.

When you arrive, everything is ready and waiting for you. Tina is on hand if you need help getting started or want to explore an idea, but there are no instructions to follow and no right way to do things. The focus is on enjoying the process, experimenting, and having the time and permission to be creative without pressure.

There are no lessons to keep up with and nothing you have to make. We simply provide the space, materials and encouragement. These sessions are especially popular with home-educated families and adults who rarely get the chance to make things themselves. This isn’t just about the children, it’s about your creativity too.

Tea, coffee, refreshments and a friendly studio atmosphere are included. You can come as a one-off or make it part of your week.
