Merry Fishmas Wreath Making

Make a Christmas wreath with a difference: a shoal of lino-printed fish, designed and carved by you, assembled into a striking 2D wreath that you can bring out year after year.

You’ll spend the morning designing your own fish and learning the basics of lino cutting before printing a whole shoal of them with printer Erin Lacy. There’ll be plenty of opportunity to experiment with your design and printing, with refreshments and mince pies to keep you going.

In the afternoon, you’ll select your favourite prints and arrange them into your wreath, with extra decorations and Christmas finishing touches available to complete the design.

The finished wreath is a stylish, handmade piece of work rather than a traditional foliage wreath – and because it’s made from printed paper, it can be carefully packed away and brought out again every Christmas.
