Sgraffito Mug Decorating

Working on a leather-hard mug hand thrown by Sarah Sullivan at Red Pottery, you will apply a coloured slip and then use sgraffito tools to create a scratched decorative surface ready for firing. Once fired, you will be emailed and can collect your finished piece from Red Pottery or arrange delivery for an extra cost.

We will have ideas on hand to help you create a design, and Sarah will show you all her tips and tricks to make it come to life. All materials and firings are included, and if you would like to make more than one, we will have further mugs available for purchase at £12.
