DIY Hire – £60 per session (£120 full day)
Space only. You handle invites, admin, materials, refreshments and tidy-up.

With Setup Help – £100 per session
We get the space ready for you. Optional paying bottle bar +£50 (proceeds to The Art Room).

Workshops – No hire fee
We do the marketing, admin and bookings, and split ticket sales 50/50 (minus booking fee).
